During my 32-year incarceration, I dedicated myself to the courses offered through PREP. Little did I know the profound impact and connections that would follow shortly after my release in 2017. I commenced volunteering at PREP a week after my release as a means of giving back. This initial step led to my employment as a course coordinator and art show coordinator, culminating in my current role as the Executive Director.
